We're a small business with low overhead which helps cut our clients cost and allows us to be very competitive and creative with our fee structure to better fit our clients financials.
I started off in the construction industry in my teens during the summer working for a drywall subcontractor doing residential houses. After a few years of doing residential I decided to transfer into the commercial & industrial side. After many years I started working for a G.C. as a superintendent and transferred into an estimating and project manager role soon after where I also gained a wealth of experience & knowledge.
After many years working for a G.C., I then focused my attention to the "owner / tenant" side working within the construction & design department. I did this for several years working on a variety of projects within many different industries primarily but not limited to capital & tenant improvements on a regional level.
I was fortunate enough to venture off on my own and Randy Zimmer Group LLC was established in December of 2017 with continued growth. It's been an absolute pleasure working with many commercial & industrial clients since to include brokers, property management companies, tenants / companies & architects / designers.
