This letter will serve to confirm that Mr. Randy Zimmer preformed contracted services under Randy Zimmer Group for Bakkavor Foods USA, Inc. from April 29, 2019 through March 13, 2020. Mr. Zimmer was contracted for several projects, including the warehouse capital project which was budgeted for 2020 and has now been placed on hold indefinitely. Mr. Zimmer's services were ended due to a Company-wide hold on capital projects caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
